The enormous festival ground features entertainment such as Summerfest, the world’s largest music festival, and various ethnic festivals like GermanFest and Irish Fest. Lake Michigan offers plenty of entertainment for boaters, fisherpersons and outdoors enthusiasts. Many restaurants and bars offer outdoor seating options. Several parks have outdoor beer gardens featuring live music. The Brewers usually have the town excited about another playoff run, at least in recent years. Motorcyclists converge on the city for a variety of group rides, or just to visit the motorcycle museum and stay at the Iron Horse Hotel. And it’s affordable compared to larger cities.
